This project analyzes and develops a web-based application to support the operational management in some Lean Six Sigma departments of ING in terms of job assigment, time recording and performance analysis. The objective was to keep this application as simple as possible. GWT Rich Internet Application technology was used even during the rapid prototyping phase of business requirement elicitation.

This application went life on May 20th 2009.
